When I click on a function button my Logo minimizes. Is this normal? If not how do I keep the Logo from minimizing?
I can't say I have ever experienced that at all. Maybe someone has and will inform us both.... Are you using a cordless mouse?
I am not sure there would be any benefit in getting a new download but you can always give it a try. How does the program act without using function keys? What were you trying to do when you discovered the quirk you are experiencing? You will be able to get a re-download for a year and your key should work.
I love it! All the functions work, it's just a pain to have to maximize the canvas after every change. As soon as I click anything the canvas fully minimizes. I will try reinstalling the program in the morning and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the quick reply.
I reinstalled the program this am and everything works great now. It must have been a bad install. I am pleased with the program and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Larry Challis
