I had previously installed the free version which I downloaded from Facebook. When I got your upgrade message for version 6. First I down loaded that without success, all the templates were gone and I simply could not get it to work at all. Then I thought that maybe I had to buy the program which I gladly did. When I downloaded there are still I no templates and the program will not work at all. I did a system restore to go back to when I only had version 5 and there must be some error because even that won't work. I am so upset because I love your Logo Creator and I really have great plans to use it. Can you help me? Shirley
Hi Shirley give us a bit more information so we can try to sort the problem 1) Which version are you running (Mac or PC)? 2) What operating system is on your computer? 3) Did you uninstall the previous non-working version 6 setup before installing the version you bought?
