Mac OS X won't update

    Program starts ok but when I click on the opening screen to check for updates the app crashes.:image09:

    When go to the help menu in the app it does the same thing when I try to update.

    Any ideas

    Welcome to the forum wellsgs. Sorry to hear you are having some problems. What program are you using? I am not a savvy Mac guy but we have many on here that are so we can get the ball rolling for you buy figuring out which program you are using. Have you always had this problem?

    Thanks for your response Wicked. I am using the Logo Creator v5. I'm not sure if it had the problem from the start or not. I just noticed that the latest version was 5.1 so I thought I would get the latest.
