   I had to get a new PC after my other one crashed. It was over-due.
   
   I purchased TLC back in October and got the backup disk. BUT I have lost my key...how can I get this?

   Look on the CD itself for the key. It will be a combination of uppercase letters and numbers. Type it in manually as the key is case sensitive.
