When I opened logo creator last week, a pop up appeared asking for my Key. It took me awhile to find the original confirmation e-mail (the address said simply "Service" instead of Laughing Bird Software). I typed in my key and the program came up. Now, when I click on the drop down box to select a template I get both the Corporate Pack and Entertainment Pack selections. When choosing the Entertainment Pack, the logo templates appear. When selecting the Corporate Pack, the window is empty. First, why would it ask for the product key so long after installing the program? Second, where are the Corporate Pack logo templates? The Corporate Pack folder is a left over by mistake when Marc was first programming. If you had purchased the Corporate Edition it would not use that file.You can delete the folder if you want harmlessly. That is rather odd if you done a fresh download and installation.
