Issues with Combo Pack- Corporate Identity Creator/Logo Creator

    Purchased from Fry's today a comb pack of Corporate Identity Creator and Logo Creator - Box did not come with start up guide and registration key. Issues I'm having:

    Logo Creator - Templates do not appear when you first start program

    Corporate Identity Creator - Program does not start and error message 2908 appears

    Firefish, first off I would like to welcome you to the forum. I suggest doing an uninstall of both TLC and CiC and being sure to remove the files under "Program Files". Now do a re-installation of both programs from the CD... they should be installed as 2 stand alones and not pathed/ merged together .

    The key for your purchase should be on the CD itself, it consists of 8 characters. It is case sensitive.

    After a successful installation and unlocking be sure and get the new update
