I'm a bit lost.maybe a road map would help...

    Why can't we post in the customer support section.
    I find it confusing to know where to post a question.
    Once I post how do I track it.

    Did I miss an introduction section
    I'm having an issue with TLC 5.2

    You can post in that section. What is it doing when you try to? Is it giving you an error or what?

    Cyberchick, up until now the forum has been sorted only by LBS product names in an attempt to keep things simple for the members. Now we have the additional business forum. If you have a question about TLC simply post your question under the Laughingbird Software Updates and Support header. As for keeping track most find it easiest to subscribe to a post through the control panel.... you can "subscribe" to a thread and get notifications.

    Basically all we need to know is what platform you are and what issue you need help with as Chris said above.
