I would like to see a feature where as soon as you clik to drag alignment marks of some sort would show (solid or dotted makes no difference) and when you finished placing your object and unclik they disappear. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this very well so I made some graphics. A feature like this would be very handy in making sure objects could be aligned with others on the same x and y axis.
Side note: I got them pretty arrows that could be used Select object then tap the object into exact placement one pixel at a time while holding ctl + an arrow key up, down etc.. A kind of fine tuning adjustment once you get it close with the mouse.
Hey! Terrific idea G! I love it. I'll see if I can add this into the new v4.0 Or at least ad it as an update soon after. In the meantime, your screenshots provide a great idea. Import the lines images! You can create your own lines with the SHAPES font as well. Use them as rulers. ... for the time being at least. It should work if you're in a crunch. Once the logo is complete, delete them.
