Adding the .swf file that you would export from FAC was extremely easy. You're using the wrong link. Use the insert video button.

Use import video, instead of media.

Go into the area where you edit your page.

I guess I don't understand then why I would have some options and you wouldn't. Do you know how to do screen shots?
