Help ! Info Message Box !

    Hi all !

    I need some help - when I try to export my flash ad - it throws up a box saying 'INFO BOX' and then 'CREATEPROCESS Failed'.

    What do I do? :image09:

    There was the first time I tried, but then I just tried exporting the example ad as it is - and the same message still came up.

    Could the folder you're trying to store the ad to be write protected?
    check the properties of that folder. If all else faills

    It isn't write protected - so I will try re-installing - fingers crossed !

    gemsterdub, it is advisable to not only uninstall FAC but to make sure that any FAC files under program files are removed before getting a fresh download and re-installation. Follow re-installation with cold reboot. Next, if problems persist it would be good to post what your OS is and which template you are attempting to use.
