Hi - I can't offer any technical support, but wanted to let you know that I can also see it within FF, IE6 and IE7.

you might want to ad a stop action to it... it just keeps going and going... but its visible...

i have just purchased the Ad Creator and am having trouble, i hve read through the posts here and uploaded the 2 files that said would help and i too still am at a lost, ive uploaded a test ad

Im new love the software what i see of it so far
here is my particular problem. i am using software called digital recall manger. it is used for digital signage commercial distribution. it works PERFECTLY on every swf file made on flashcs3 or any other software i have used until i tried an ad made by yours. it gives me a single constant white screen on preview. but if i try your ad on my desktop it seems to work fine. I am desperate here as i just love the ease of your stuff but its no use at all if it wont work on the digital recall manger. that software is at www.digitalrecall.com.au and i am using it now for a long time without problems so i know its ok
can you help please i can send you the file i made if it helps but it was a simple template from your animation ones .
