I just bought this software. Clicking on Non Animated Ads I get an "Could Not Load Softwarerap DLL" Error, and is not working. Can you help?.
Peter I get this error also but once I click on OK button it goes away and everything works just fine. I have told Marc about this so he can work on the fix.
Here is the fix for it Peter. Do the following: Go into your WGC folder and then into the Xtras folder. If you remove the file named "ValueChecker" this will fix the error message. It doesn't cause any problems removing this file. Make sure to make a copy of the ValueChecker before you delete it. Just copy and paste it into a new folder somewhere else so you have it just in case. Hope that helps.
When I deleted "ValueChecker" the program asked for the unlock code. i can't find it so I restored "ValueChecker". Can I locate my unlock code online? Thanks!

OK. I'm unlocked but on the pulldown menu I can't access "Corporate Pack". No logos appear. Bonus Images & Ad Creator Ads work fine. Thanks!!
Thats correct, the corporate pack is not an option... i think its a logo creator pack that is extra..could be wrong. ryan.
Did you add that folder into your Non animated part of FAC yourself? That folder doesn't come with the FAC v2. It was left in The Logo Creator by mistake and can be removed from it.(DO NOT REMOVE the Corporate Edition! if you have it though) Make sure you are not getting the 2 confused. Let me know.

I even tracked down the original e-mail after my purchase and I don't see an unlock code within that email. FYI: After my computer crash and restore I had the exe for FAC 1.5 that's how I got it back not by re-downloading it.

OK.....I have the same problem! There is no serial # or unlock key anywhere on the order lookup, invoice, email.....anywhere! I'm getting frustrated too. Glenn Parker
