Hi I created a logo with version 6, saved it. Now if I go back into program and want to open that logo I can't! I get message: Fault HTTP request error, server.error.request. It is in my computer desktop, i have no idea why I can't open it with the same program that created it?
Question: Are you opening the Logo creator first, THEN the logo? Question: Are you storing the created logo in the default location?
I have the same issue. I created several logos last night and this morning, one I save to a folder on my desktop, the others to the default folder suggested by the program. I can no longer access any of the logos.
