Hi All, I have submitted three support messages (not here in the forum, but to the support desk[??]), none of which have been responded to. Anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with support requests. How long do they take to respond? Do they respond? Regards Frank
Actually support message goes through Digital River then to Marc... somewhere messages get lost to cyberspace which does cause a great deal of distress for Marc.
