What is the best practice to export finished images so they show up clear and not fuzzy when you export them to jpeg, png etc... I must be doing something wrong because when I save them and drop them into my web design software they show up a bit fuzzy and I want to get them as clear and sharp as I can. Thanks. Jga
jgadrummer, welcome to the forum without a little more information it may be difficult to give you an exact answer. Many things can degrade graphics but some basic rules do apply Which programs are you using? Are you using any 3rd party software to change the file format or resize your image/s? What DPI resolution are your exports?
I'm using the Logo Creater v5 and just want to make sure any new logos i create are exported lets say to jpeg in the highest resolution I can get so they look nice and sharp.
What resolution have you been exporting at? The default is set at 72 but that can be easily changed in TLC. Export>>Export Resolution.. rt click and set 300dpi then OK. Choose "more export options" choose you preferred file format. Use only 1st generation exports sized to fit your needs as using other 3rd party software can cause degrading or add artifacts. Without actually seeing your design/images it is only possible to give you generalized assistance.
