I could not import the jpg or png format of my logos which I created in TLC into the business card creator. It keeps on giving error messages like error# 2038. How do I import my images to the business card creator?
The error code doesn't sound like any I have ever seen with any Laughingbird software product, have you tried importing either of the files into a different application or emailing the file to yourself ?
The logo I created in TLC can be exported/imported into Publisher or AI. But, I bought the Design Studio so I can seamlessly import the logo I created in TLC into the BCC. What is going on?
I tried reducing the size of the file. It didn't work still...can't even save artwork I create in BCC. I just might ask for a refund if I can't make this work. Please help. Thanks.
When you "save" a file it will be a .TLC file which will launch the program but will not open the file, it is necessary to also "import" a saved tlc file onto canvas. Try exporting your file to the desk top. I would try getting a fresh download and reinstalling the program.
Hmmm.... Hi Yehlen. I'm sorry to hear this. Are you running Vista or Windows7? If so, try this: -- Right click over the business card creator's icon. -- Choose "Run as Administrator" from the Properties tab. Also, make sure to update your copy of Adobe Air - it's free. AIR is a Flash - like component I use to run The Business Card Creator. The Business card software should do this automatically, but apparently, this isn't the case with you. http://get.adobe.com/air/ Let me know if that does the trick for you.
I'm on Windows 7 and I have the same problem.Can't import images to a business card creator. I've got Adobe Air upgraded,problem won't go away.I'm currently "using" v5 logo designer,because you don't send an upgrade link to my e-mail.I've requested it 5 times this week. Tried to reinstall software,problem won't go away.Can't re-download software off of your web site because I've bought your software on ebay.So,no confirmation/order #.
