Looks to me like you are on a Mac so try using only "embedded fonts". Not all fonts will work. A work around would to use the font in another program and import as an image onto your Logo creator screen.
I'm using Windows 7 * I had the same problem about 8 - 9 months ago and believe it was Marc who provided a fix,* I just can't remember what we did to fix the problem before.** I've tried to use the support system, but not getting a response. I didnt have any problems with this until tried to do a re-install to fix a template issue.** I guess whatever fix we did before was undone by the re-install.*** ....and in case your wondering, I was using v5 before the re-install.
