Blank page.....

    I have purchased "The showcase Creator" and downloaded. Upon clicking on the short cut on my desktop, I get a blank screen only.
    What have I missed?

    Upon immediate launching? Or you launched and clicked on "Use Blank"? If it was upon first launch on a PC I would do a cold reboot.
    On a Mac do a "repair permissions". The program may need an update of Adobe Air (FREE!!) if it is already on your computer.

    I absolutely love it! You will love the drag and drop for placement and sizing.A time saver is to get you images all together in one folder.
