This probably can be classified as arts and crafts with TLC but it has some very useful applications too.Use TLC to make static cling art for sliding glass doors, lockers or any flat surface. Great for holiday decorating. There is no glue, tape or mess envolved in this project. Purchase a clear plastic REPOSITIONABLE flm product usually found at your favorite office supply store or craft store . It comes in 8 1/2 X 11 inch sheets. I usually find it in the section where the photo paper is. (This is the type of product http://www.grafixplastics.com/cling.asp ) 1) Create a design using TLC. Export. 2) Using you favorite desktop publisher import design , re-size if necessary and print using glossy or photo setting for best quality. 3) Peel and place. Hint: In text applications you will want to flip the design for the text to show properly.
Another fun project is making tempory tatoos. With TLC and the correct paper medium the possibilities are endless. I did this for a local theater group who had a character who needed to have a tatoo. In thinking about this this could be great for making halloween masks that won't interfer with vision or be scarey for little ones to put on.
