This probably can be classified as arts and crafts with TLC but it has some very useful applications too.Use TLC to make static cling art for sliding glass doors, lockers or any flat surface. Commercially often called "Cinngons" or suncatcher. Great for holiday decorating. There is no glue, tape or mess envolved in this project.

Purchase a clear plastic REPOSITIONABLE flm product usually found at your favorite office supply store or craft store . It comes in 8 1/2 X 11 inch sheets. I usually find it in the section where the photo paper is.

(This is the type of product http://www.grafixplastics.com/cling.asp )

    1) Create a design using TLC. Export.

    2) Using you favorite desktop publisher import design , re-size if necessary and print using glossy or photo setting for best quality.

    3) Peel and place.

Hint: In text applications you will want to flip the design for the text to show properly.

Another fun project is making tempory tatoos. With TLC and the correct paper medium the possibilities are endless. I did this for a local theater group who had a character who needed to have a tatoo. In thinking about this this could be great for making halloween masks that won't interfer with vision or be scarey for little ones to put on.

Check it out there are all sorts of paper/decal papers here:

Another project that can be done using TLC

Use TLC to make customized greeting cards that can be sent by email or attached to your postings on discussion boards. TLC makes it so easy to make someone feel very special.

1)Use TLC to customize photos easily for sending or sharing.
2)Use TLC to make customized iron ons for shirts, to personalizing kid's belongings or for decorating. Most lazer copy shops have the ability to enlarge an image file to 11X14 perfectly (without any regard for any special DPI or having image vectorized because they are making a "photocopy") and print print directly onto iron-on film for you. Most all can make (paper)muti-paneled wallsized images as well.
3)Use TLC to flip an image for making customized patterns for embroidery work or for using to add BLING (rhinestone work) on jackets, caps etc.. Just trace using a "Hot-Iron Transfer Pencil" .Iron pattern onto whatever you want the pattern on. There are 2 types of transfer pencils, one must be washed to make the pattern disappear and the other will disappear on its own.Usually available in 2 colors for use on light and dark materials. Available at craft and yardage stores
